Laser 3D scanning is a modern safe non-contact method for three-dimensional surface measurement. The result of scanning is obtained as a three-dimensional facility points cloud. Then the points cloud can be used to develop the BIM model of the facility, to carry out failure analysis, and to calculate the amount of construction works.

The design process is based on the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The virtual information model of the designed facility created by our experts becomes the basis for the whole project and is actively used to draft all types of engineering documentation. It can serve as a basis for the development and manufacture of construction parts and structures, engineering procurement, order and installation of process equipment. Model parameters allow us to conduct economic calculations, organize the erection of the building itself, as well as to solve any technical, organizational and economic issues as related to the subsequent operation.
As for reconstruction or technical re-equipment projects, we use surface laser 3d scanning to carry out all measuring works.
